Day 10: Positano, Italy
I woke up at around 3pm and wanted to have a relaxing day. My legs were sore from walking up all the stairs the night before and I also needed to do laundry. I decided to stay in bed for a bit before going down a few flights of stairs to grab some food at Bar Internazionale.
Bar Internazionale is a small bar near the Chiesa NuovaHi bus stop in Positano, about a 10 minute walk down the stairs from the apartment I’m staying in. I ended up getting a slice of pizza and sat outside while watching the sun go down over the mountain. Afterwards, I got a cookie and headed back up.
It turns out that there isn’t a dryer, which seems to be a common occurrence in the homes here, so I laid out all my clothes to dry in the living room. Most people hang them up outside but since it was getting late, I didn’t want them to freeze in the cold.
I spent the rest of the evening relaxing before hopping online for work. After I was done working at 7am, the sun was coming up and I watched the sunrise before going to bed. I didn’t do too much and it was the perfect, relaxing day.
